The Training for Trainers course is for professionals who are experienced LEGO-based therapy practitioners. This means they will have previously attended a training course with Bricks for Autism or Building Skills (Dr. Brett's courses) and have delivered at least 2 LEGO-based therapy groups.
We are currently reviewing our Bricks for Autism Training for Trainers course and will announce new dates shortly.
Training for trainers is a 3-day course, leading to one of 2 types of licence to deliver Bricks for Autism training to other professionals.
In House Training Licence
This is for professionals who wish to deliver Bricks for Autism LEGO-based therapy training in their own school or service. It entitles the licence holder to deliver training to other members of the school, team or service only. In house licence holders are not entitled to charge a course fee beyond the cost of venue hire/catering/printing costs.
There is no annual fee for this licence.
Commercial Training Licence
The commercial licence entitles the licence holder to offer Bricks for Autism branded LEGO-based therapy training commercially, and deliver their own courses in their own businesses or services for a profit. You will be entitled to charge people a fee to attend your training course.
This licence costs £1200 plus VAT per person per year.
